Jessica is the Chief Program Officer for AchieveUnite, a consultancy organization focused on performance partnering, strategy, partner program, and education.  Jessica is a seasoned channel expert with over 20 years of experience working with hardware and software vendors to help them win with solid channel strategies. Prior to joining the AchieveUnite team, she held leadership positions at Progress Software, Compuware, Signiant, and Softek.


Jessica is an award-winning channel program architect, author, speaker and sits on several leadership boards in her industry. She holds a BS from the University of New Hampshire. Jessica is also the proud mother of a Kreiva student and is actively involved in the Hooksett BSA organization where she currently serves as the Executive Officer.

Lleij Schwartz

Lleij is an Associate Professor of TESOL at Southern New Hampshire University, where he is currently the chair of the Institute for Language Education. Lleij has over 20 years experience in the field of English as a Second Language and has taught in both K-12 and higher education in both the United States and Thailand. He possesses a Doctorate in Educational Leadership from Southern New Hampshire University, as well as a Master of Arts in Teaching (English and ESL) and a Bachelor of Arts in Humanities from the University of New Hampshire. 


Involved in the initial planning of Kreiva Academy, he had to step away when pursuing his doctorate. After his daughter enrolled in Kreiva three years ago, he had the opportunity to once again become involved with the school and has been an interim board member since January 2023.

Jada Tessier

Jada Tessier

Trustee

Jada is a recent graduate of the University of New Hampshire and  received her Master’s degree in Social Work in 2021. As a School Social Worker Jada works with children and families to provide resources for mental health, food scarcity, housing concerns and parenting support.


Jada came to Kreiva as a community member interested in supporting the efforts of charter school education here in Manchester. She brings with her over 13 years of commitment to her community serving as a current member of M.I.A.S.P., a previous Cub Master for Boy Scouts and as the team mom of wrestling, baseball, and football.
